Position Summary:

Kemper is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in our Timberlake Manor, MO office. Our customer service team is the front line for providing the best service possible to our policyholders. Our team answers a high volume of calls from our insureds, reviewing policy details, billing history, and reviewing and processing change requests.

Our office is open Monday – Friday from 7am – 6pm, which offers you the flexibility to choose whichever 8-hour shift works best for you!

Position Responsibilities:

Manual Check Entry.Review policy details and billing history.Process change requests.

Position Qualifications:

1+ years of professional customer service experience required.College degree or equivalent work experience.Previous insurance carrier, agency, or call center experience is a plus.The selected candidate will be required to work in office.
