YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\nEnsure timely and accurate completion of all internal and external billings.\nAddress customer queries professionally and resolve complaints efficiently.\nMonitor and resolve queries/complaints on Customer Accounting Database (CAD).\nImplement effective follow-up on customer feedback to improve service quality.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment disputes and customer queries.\nEnsure accurate, efficient, and compliant billing processes while resolving customer queries promptly, adhering to company policies, financial regulations, and global billing standards.\nEstablish and maintain an efficient billing and query resolution process by ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Continuously monitor, analyze, and improve workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize customer satisfaction.\nOversee billing accuracy and support revenue collection by ensuring timely invoicing, resolving disputes, and collaborating with Credit Control to minimize outstanding balances and optimize cash flow.\nLead, coach, and develop the billing team to achieve performance targets, maintain operational efficiency, and foster a high-performance culture through continuous feedback and professional development.\n

YOUR PROFILE

\n\nBachelor's degree (Master's or relevant accounting certifications preferred).\nProficiency in Financial software and systems with a strong understanding of accounting principles.\nAt least 5-8 years' experience in accounts receivables management, preferably with a focus on large teams and achieving financial targets.\nExcellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.\nPrior experience in leading a team ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment allocation, and reconciliation.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\n
