Billing Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Billing Analyst** to join our team. This role is responsible for the timely analysis and submission of invoices and claims, as well as tracking vehicle buyback assets. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience in financial tracking and billing. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + Assist with department invoice tracking and operational budget analysis + Support the billing team with vehicle asset tracking by monitoring aged vehicles and escalating to internal and external parties for resolution + Create invoices and expense claim bills + Obtain required signatures on invoices from internal/external staff + Upload claims, monitor their status weekly and monthly, and ensure accurate processing + Verify that all dollars paid are accounted for and billed correctly + Identify rejected claims, determine reasons for rejection, and collaborate with the billing team as needed + Use QMF/SQL to run queries, fetch claim data by factory error codes, and summarize data for reporting + Identify unbilled claims and obtain repair orders as necessary for review + Review and validate factory warranty claim edits, causal part codes, and buyback eligibility + Resubmit corrected or eligible claims and track all resubmissions by factory + Prepare monthly recap reports of claim resubmissions for follow-up with the billing team + Maintain and recommend updates to billing procedure manuals **Education and Experience Requirements** + Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (required) + Minimum 3 years of experience with billing or financial processes (required) + Strong financial tracking, A/R, and invoice processing skills + Reconciliation experience and ability to manage the billing process for vehicle buybacks + Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP and/or IBM AS400 (desired) + 1+ years of experience with data analysis using QMF or SQL (desired) + 1+ years of experience performing general office duties (preferred) + Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail + Excellent problem-solving skills **Pay Details:** $30.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
