Billing Coordinator
Job Title: Billing CoordinatorJob Description Coordinate and manage billing processes for multiple ongoing projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices. Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and clients to resolve billing discrepancies. Maintain detailed records of billing activities, payment statuses, and collection efforts. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and project cost summaries. Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to receivables and revenue recognition. Ensure compliance with company policies, customer contracts, and industry regulations. Provide administrative support for project documentation, change orders, and contract modifications. Essential Skills + 2+ years of accounts receivable/billing experience, preferably within construction, engineering, or manufacturing industry. + Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Viewpoint. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. + Great communication skills both internally and externally. + Experience in the construction, engineering, or AEC industries. Work Environment The billing team reports to Operations but works directly with Accounting. This is a fully in-office position, with most team members working flexible hours between 7 AM and 5 PM. The work environment is fast-paced and requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
