The Billing Administrator (“BA”) provides exceptional internal client service, working directly with partners, practice staff and partner assistants to provide key financial management tasks critical to the firm’s financial performance. BAs are responsible for managing their partners’ financial management activities including client service, invoicing preparation, WIP management, accounts receivable management and reporting.

Requirements:

Education: student or graduated in Business Administration, Finance or business related is a plus. Understanding of end-to-end financial processes with numerical aptitude and interest in Finance area.

Experience: +1 year experience within Accounting &/or Finance (Billing, AP, AR, Treasury) is desirable or +2 years in administrative tasks preferable within a global company. Additionally, is required experience with stakeholders management or customer service preferable for senior management level.

Languages: French native. English advanced. Both languages are mandatory in oral and written to communicate daily with our partners in PwC Canadá.

Digital tools: Excel advanced level and open to upskilling.

Soft skills: excellent communication skills, client oriented, detail oriented, ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines, collaborative, fast-learner, critical thinking, problem-solving, proactive, self-motivated.
