**Responsibilities:**
· Enter invoices into the Deltek Costpoint financial platform -- keying the invoices, coding them to correct individual projects and accounts, confirming the corresponding Purchase Order/Contract has sufficient available balance and communication to Project Managers should a Change Order be required in order to process.
· Investigate, remedy, and respond to A/P-related inquiries from vendors as well as internal Project Managers
· Track, report, and remedy unenterable invoices (i.e. invoices received without proper contract documentation set up in the Financial System)
· Coordinate with Contract Management on remediation of unenterable invoices.
· Aid preparation of month-end journal entries.
**Requirements:**
+ 4-7 years of AP experience required
+ Bachelor’s Degree required
+ Construction experience preferred
+ Deltek or Costpoint experience preferred
+ Proficient with Excel

**Pay Details:** $23.65 per hour
