Ed Morse is currently seeking an Dealership Billing Clerk to join our team. 

Responsibilities Audit and Post new and used retail deals and wholesale transactionsAccounts Payable/Accounts ReceivableCalculate commissionsProcess lien PayoffsHandle bank depositsWeekly review of schedulesCustomer Service Assist with month end closingPerform other accounting tasks as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred.Proven experience in dealership billing or a similar role.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.Knowledge of billing software and systems is a plus.
