Billing Center Manager
Job Description We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our client in the medical equipment industry. This leadership role will oversee a team of 46 staff members, including 3 supervisors, within the Revenue Cycle Management department. Key Responsibilities: • Team Leadership: Manage supervisors and billing staff, ensuring productivity and performance standards are met. • Revenue Cycle Oversight: Monitor and analyze trending data related to insurance denials, payor escalations, and other revenue cycle metrics. • Quality Assurance: Lead documentation reviews and billing resolution processes across multiple locations, including oversight of offshore teams. • Training & Development: Develop and implement training plans to support staff growth and operational excellence. • Collaboration: Work alongside another manager responsible for the Wound Care, Diabetic, and EBO divisions to ensure cohesive operations and shared goals.
