Description We are looking for a Billing / AR Specialist to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. This is a Contract to permanent position offering an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills in billing and accounts receivable while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role requires onsite work during training, with the option for remote work one day per week once the position becomes permanent. Responsibilities: • Manage billing processes for assigned locations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of 700-800 invoices monthly. • Upload invoices into customer portals, adhering to specific billing procedures for different clients. • Utilize multiple systems efficiently, demonstrating the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. • Cross-train with the outgoing team member to ensure a smooth transition and continuity in operations. • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve billing discrepancies and address concerns. • Maintain clear and detail-oriented communication regarding appointments, absences, and any issues impacting workflow. • Support the team in achieving operational goals while adhering to company policies. • Ensure data accuracy and attention to detail in all billing statements and transactions. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in billing or accounts receivable roles. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with customer portals. • Strong ability to manage multiple systems and adapt to new technologies. • Excellent communication skills for both internal and external interactions. • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving. • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with project billing and resolving discrepancies is a plus. • Availability for onsite work during training, with one remote day per week once the position becomes permanent.
