The Position

We’re looking for a Billing & Invoicing Coordinator to join our Global Billing team, based in Jersey. This role will see you supporting the Billing Team with the day-to-day management of billing processes and financial transactions, including billing and accounts receivable. It’s a great opportunity for someone with billing or accounts experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Your Responsibilities

Billing Queries: Act as the main point of contact for billing queries – investigating issues, preparing client reports, and maintaining special billing instructions. Billing Preparation: Prepare and input data for client fee releases across ad-hoc, quarterly, and annual billing cycles. Ticket Processing: Manage tickets in the system, including invoice creation, write-off requests, time uploads, down payments, liquidations, amendments, and onboarding. Reporting & Follow-Up: Ensure regular follow-up on tickets and maintain accurate weekly reports. Team Support: Assist the Senior Billing & Invoicing Analyst with WIP and pre-bill balances, as well as project work. Finance Support: Provide general support to the wider accounts and finance teams. Other Duties: Undertake additional tasks as required by management.

Your Profile

Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in billing or accounts receivable. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to work to tight deadlines. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Teamwork & Independence: Able to work well both independently and within a team environment. Client Service: A strong focus on delivering high standards of client service. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build effective working relationships across teams. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with Viewpoint and SAP would be an advantage. Education: Associate degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not essential
