Providence is calling for Billing and Collections Representative who can work on a Hybrid set up Full Time - Day shift
Under the direction of the manager (defined below by region), the Billing & Collection Representative is responsible for claims billing and collections. This individual addresses claims edits, files all claims on both UB-04 and 837 file formats, and completes follow-up on outstanding accounts. In addition, this individual identifies functional issues and reports them to the PFS manager. This role is based in a contact center setting and on a daily basis, the individual will need to focus on addressing patient billing questions and concerns with a strong emphasis on a quality and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:
Experience in medical management computer applications.Preferred Qualifications:
5 years Medical billing and medical terminology. 3 years Health care business office experience or related field.
