Duties And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

The Billing Analyst is located in Markham, ON and typically reports directly to the Team Lead, Billing or designate.Coordinating processes with multiple regional Coding and reconciling payments to JDEAccurate invoicing of customers, therefore reducing the number of complaints from customers regarding billing errorsPreparing of documentation to assist Accounts Receivable/Payable (e.g., Invoices, Purchase Orders, etc.)Timely review, printing, and delivery of invoicesEngage partners in billing, A/R management, and collections activitiesAssist the manager in planning and schedulingAssist with material/equipment procurementProductivity reportsAbility to analyze financial dataManage JDE Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Handle customer calls in a polite and efficient mannerAbility to work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced, and changing environmentDocumentation control— manage photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filingInvestigate process systems/process-related problems/inquiries and recommend solutions as part of internal strategic initiativesResponsible for project administration tasks, including coordinating meetings, taking meeting minutes, compiling monthly reports, forwarding communication releases, and performing maintenance of project tracking logs (i.e., issues, change, control, etc.)Cost controlOther duties as assigned

Work Experience Requirements

3–5 years’ experience in facilities services management administration3–5 years’ experience in accounting and/or relevant financial management experience (e.g., billing, A/R management, etc.)
