Billing Analyst- Hybrid- Boston

We are working with global consulting firm who is seeking to add a Billing Analyst to their growing team on a temp to perm basis. This role will be on site 3 days a week in their Boston office. In this position you will be providing accurate and timely billing and customer care services using Oracle. The majority of the role will be creating and editing invoices.

Responsibilities:

Getting approvals, following up, making adjustments, researching data, finalizing drafts, and submitting invoicesResponsible for ensuring bills are in compliance with related client contracts.Resolves billing issues and handles ad hoc billing requests.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent experienceExperience with MS Office and Oracle preferred
