Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Lease/Billing Analyst to join our team in Jericho, New York. In this role, you will play a key part in managing lease administration and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in accounts receivable and billing functions. Responsibilities: • Process and manage billing transactions with accuracy and timeliness. • Oversee accounts receivable activities, including tracking payments and resolving discrepancies. • Utilize systems such as Aderant and Costpoint to streamline billing and reporting functions. • Maintain and update lease administration records to ensure compliance with contract terms. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. • Analyze lease agreements to ensure accurate billing and adherence to contractual obligations. • Generate and export reports related to billing and lease data for management review. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience • Strong understanding of lease administration and contract terms. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies effectively. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration. • Familiarity with export customer service processes is preferred. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
