Iron Mountain is looking for Rental Billing Analyst, who will be part of the North American Billing team. These people will be in continuous interaction with American clients (advanced level of English essential). It is a great opportunity for you to develop or exercise your skills in analysis, conflict resolution, negotiation, process standardization and continuous improvement, among other things.

The Rental Billing Administrator is responsible for all aspects of executing monthly rental invoices for storage clients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the gathering information and executing monthly rental invoices for multiple locations clients
Run reports relating to clients you bill to ensure the upmost accuracy
Act as an in-house reference point for Client Facing Teams when clients inquire about rentals
Identify, analyze, and inform in-house personnel on accounts when they need reviewing or inquiries submitted
Maintain and enforce processes across multiple departments to ensure that billing and reports are accurate and complete
Assist in reporting ensuring that data used to execute rental invoicing in custom CMS software is complete
Special Project assigned as needed
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Microsoft proficiency (especially Excel)
Strong work ethic with an ability to manage workload while efficiently and effectively prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across several teams/departments
Ability to listen with an open mind to employees, clients, etc.
Proven team player
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Exceptional diligence and attention to detail as well as resourcefulness and quick, practical thinking in a demanding environment
Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
Strategic thinker who is solutions-oriented and proactive in problem solving
