Bilingual Technical Trainer Country/Region: US Location: Gray Court, SC, US Req ID 81885 | Gray Court, United States ZF Transmissions Gray Court, LLC Be part of our ZF team as Bilingual Technical Trainer and apply now! **Position Summary:** Primary responsibility is to ensure Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and morale targets are met by providing technical leadership on production floor. **Position Responsibilities:** + Leads assigned team to meet or exceed Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost standards within assigned work area. + Operate all equipment in accordance with standard work practices within assigned work area as needed. + Serves as training key contact for team members in daily work assignments + Provide and coordinate* training to all level of Operators in assigned area in accordance with Quality Standards, SOP's, JSA's, ISO Standard Work Instructions, TPM, and 5S. + Support onboarding team members in line with ZF principals and culture in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale; incl. coordination of trainings according to training plan schedule + Support all Quality processes such as Yellow Triangle, Quality Alerts, SPC’s, Audits and other processes / systems. Verify and act as trainer for all quality checks including measurements, documents, and records. + Maintain a safe work environment within assigned work area. + Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all processes in assigned work area. **Essential Skills and Experience:** + High School diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent. + Production process and Product Knowledge. + Bilingual *Spanish* + Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. + Meet all Technical Essential skills and experience requirements for an Operator Level I, II, III. + Be organized with effective communication skills to understand and support production team with theoretical and on the job training (OJT). + Open to get more technical knowledge as needed to share with production team. + Computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). + Creative and innovative thinking, which will hold participants’ attention. + Hoist, pallet jack and Forklift certified trainer as needed per the assigned area. + Recording Data in PM Vitals, Training Matrix and Training Plan.
