Bilingual Talent Coordinator - Spanish

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Coordinator for a client in Davie, FL to manage all pre-employment processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This role plays a vital part in moving candidates through the hiring funnelfrom offer acceptance through day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage pre-employment screenings including background checks and drug tests, utilizing First Advantage (FADV)
- Lead onboarding logistics, ensuring timely completion of new hire documents and smooth orientation experiences
- Maintain candidate data and workflows in Applicant Tracking System (ATS); iCIMS experience is a strong plus
- Generate and manage Excel-based ad hoc reports to track candidate progress across team and field operations
- Communicate with hiring managers and field personnel to align hiring timelines and expectations
- Support talent acquisition efforts by understanding the full cycle recruiting process
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during pre-employment phase
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies
