Bilingual Talent Acquisition Advisor (English / French)

**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor **(French and English speaker)** to join our team based in Costa Rica. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for leading the full recruitment lifecycle for our Canadian operations, ensuring we attract the best talent to drive our organization's success. You will act as a strategic partner to our hiring managers, advising them on attraction and selection strategies, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
**What you’ll do:**
+ Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions in an exciting, fast-paced, matrixed environment.
+ Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract and engage top candidates for high-volume and/or niche positions within a variety of functions.
+ Build and nurture talent pipelines to support business growth and future needs
+ Leverage outside-in analytics and your market knowledge of the Canadian talent landscape to guide and inform your hiring managers as a trusted advisor.
+ Lead and/or participate in Employer Branding initiatives that showcase Mondelez as an employer of choice.
+ Ensure a best-in-class experience for your candidates and internal stakeholders from application to onboarding.
+ Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating our incredible company culture and values.
**What you’ll bring**
+ **French & English bilingualism strongly (it’s a MUST)**
+ 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience working in a fast-changing high-volume environment, ideally in manufacturing.
+ Demonstrated experience leveraging best practices to attraction, evaluation, selection, and onboarding.
+ A deep understanding of TA fundamentals including pro-active sourcing, candidate pipelining, and employer branding.
+ Experience managing various stakeholders and delivering with action and urgency in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
+ Professionalism, with the ability to navigate agile environments and exercise discretion
+ Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and process adherence.
+ Commitment to tracking and adhering to KPIs.
+ Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and HRIS / ATS, MS Suite. Previous experience with Workday or Phenom would be an asset.
+ Completed University degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
+ Excellent communications skills, a curious mindset, and digital and business acumen.
