Bilingual (Spanish) Team Lead

We're looking for a dependable and energetic **Team Lead** to support our agricultural processing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly—guiding team members, tracking attendance, and jumping in to help with hands-on tasks when needed. **Key Responsibilities**
+ Monitor and track attendance of contract workers at shift start.
+ Report all absences to Corteva office staff.
+ Support workflow and break management in the sorting area.
+ Perform general **Sorter** duties when not engaged in lead responsibilities:
+ Remove nonconforming materials (husks, moldy/damaged product, weeds, off-types).
+ Maintain cleanliness and order in work area.
+ Work in a physically active environment with standing, reaching, bending, twisting, and exposure to elevated noise levels and moving conveyors.
**Requirements**
+ Fluent in **both Spanish and English** (spoken).
+ Basic computer skills including Outlook and internet use.
+ Strong communication and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
**Dress Code & PPE**
+ Closed-toe shoes (steel toe NOT required).
+ Long pants and shirts covering torso and shoulders required.
+ Gloves and safety glasses provided at no cost.
**Compensation**
+ **$18.25/hour**
+ **$0.75/hour shift differential** for shifts starting at noon
+ **$50 weekly perfect attendance bonus**
