**Job Summary**
The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s current and future staffing needs. This role involves full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, building strong industry specific networks, pipeline development, daily utilization with ATS (iCIMS) and onboarding candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with company goals and culture.
Responsibilities
+ Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
+ Develop and post compelling job descriptions on internal and external platforms.
+ Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, and utilizing “outside the box” approaches.
+ Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
+ Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams.
+ Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
+ Perform outreach activities in order to build future candidate pipelines for seasonal hiring needs.
+ Develop a strong partnership with the hiring manager team and formulate a recruiting strategy with the hiring manager for specific needs.
+ Take ownership of the region you are assigned, and ensure continued meets are scheduled with operations leadership.
+ Have the ability to visit job sites/field sites on a regular basis to learn some of the basics within our industry.
+ Take part in continued education, and meet with our operations teams, to learn the each of the roles that you would recruit for.
+ Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate records.
+ Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
+ Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and industry meetups.
+ Participate in employer branding initiatives and help promote the company as an employer of choice.
+ Facilitate the selection and onboarding process to include the interview, offer, and onboarding stage.
+ Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
+ Strong sourcing background needed.
Qualifications
**Minimum**
+ Fluent in Spanish (oral and written)
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house or agency).
+ Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques.
+ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems. iCIMS experience helpful.
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
+ Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
**Preferred**
+ Previous work history in a related industry (utilities, construction, industrial, etc).
