Job Summary The Bilingual Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is a specialized HR function established to support management by reducing the time to hire and ensuring fair and efficient hiring practices. This role will focus on our craft non-exempt hiring. Specialists are responsible for the internal and external selection and hiring process for a designated region. Full-cycle responsibilities to include sourcing, recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, pipeline building and other employment practices. This position supports management, the Human Resources team, and works with personnel in every department. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleges, universities, trade schools, and vocational programs to support long-term talent pipeline strategies. Design and execute college recruiting initiatives, including campus events, career fairs, internship programs, and relationship-building with key faculty and career services teams. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify entry-level and early-career hiring needs and align outreach efforts accordingly. Create and implement strategic plans to ensure a continuous flow of qualified applicants in anticipation of high-volume hiring needs. Leverage data and workforce trends to proactively source and engage diverse talent from educational institutions. Serve as a brand ambassador to promote the company’s employment value proposition to students and emerging professionals. Coordinate and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for early-career roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding support. Be in an office environment a few days each week to build relationships with internal managers and stake holders. Advertise job vacancies. Review applications to select top candidates for pre-screening. Pre-screen candidates and present the top to the hiring manager for review. Facilitate the selection and onboarding process to include the interview, offer, and onboarding stage. Perform other duties as required and/or assigned. Strong sourcing background needed. Qualifications Minimum Bilingual in English and Spanish 5 years of recruiting experience. Previous construction recruiting experience in high volume roles Good written and verbal communication skills Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent. Experience in utility construction
