Our client, a property management company in Washington, DC, is urgently seeking a temporary to permanent Property Manager who is bilingual in Spanish to join their busy team! If you are warm and personable with 5+ years of strong property experience and a bachelor's degree, apply now!

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations while managing leases, renewals, and budgets.Supervise on-site staff and coordinate vendors.Ensure compliance with housing regulations and maintain property records.Collaborate to assist with marketing and retention efforts.Complete additional tasks and special projects as required.

Qualifications:

5+ years of property management support experience are required.A bachelor's degree is required for this role.Professional bilingual Spanish speaking, reading, and writing capability is required.Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Products, RealPage, and OneSite.Warm and personable with a knack for guest satisfaction.Possess excellent multitasking, collaboration, oral/written communication skills.

Position Information:
