Bilingual Spanish HR Administrator
Description Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish HR Administrator to support human resources operations for a growing construction company. This role plays a critical part in supporting a diverse, field-based workforce and ensuring smooth HR processes across multiple job sites. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, and comfortable communicating with employees and managers in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities + Serve as an HR point of contact for employees and supervisors, providing support in both English and Spanish + Assist with onboarding and offboarding for field and office employees, including new hire paperwork, orientations, and I-9/E-Verify processing + Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR systems + Support recruitment activities such as coordinating interviews, scheduling, and candidate communications + Assist with timekeeping, payroll support, and resolving employee timecard issues + Support benefits administration, including enrollment assistance and employee inquiries + Help track certifications, licenses, safety training, and compliance documentation + Assist with workers’ compensation claims and injury reporting as needed + Ensure HR practices align with company policies and applicable labor laws + Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR department Requirements Qualifications + Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written) required + 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, payroll support, or a related administrative role + Experience working in construction, manufacturing, or a field-based environment preferred + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Excellent communication and customer service skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS or timekeeping systems a plus + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Preferred Skills + Familiarity with wage and hour laws, timekeeping, and job-site workforce support + Experience with onboarding large or hourly workforces + Knowledge of safety training or workers’ compensation processes TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
