Duration : Direct Hire (Permanent) position with benefit eligibility!

Hours/Schedule:
+ Training
+ Paid training, 4-5 weeks. M-F 9:30-5:30 EST
+ Hours of Operation:
+ Must be open to working an eight hour shift, 5 days a week, between Sun - Sat. 8:00AM to 11:00PM EST
+ Client assigns shift based on business needs
Job Description:
+ The Remote Customer Service Representative, works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet.
+ You will be handling inbound calls from patients, answering questions about their medical benefits.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
