Prepare, format, and maintain sales documentation such as:Client quotes and pricing summariesQuarterly business review (QBR) documentsSales presentations and supporting materialsSupport sales documentation and written communications in both English and Spanish, as needed.Ensure all documents are accurate, consistent, and compliant with internal standards.Update existing documents as pricing, terms, or client needs change.Manage multiple requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines and prioritizing urgent sales needs.Coordinate closely with sales to clarify requirements, timelines, and expectations.Support quarter‑end and month‑end sales activities as needed.Partner with finance, operations, and leadership to ensure quotes and documents reflect current pricing, policies, and approvals.Support internal review and approval processes related to sales documentation.Skills & Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and communicate professionally in both languages.Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); comfort working with CRM systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests in a fast‑paced environment.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hagerstown, MD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr.
