We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bilingual Sales Support Admin to join our team. This role involves supporting sales documentation and communications in both English and Spanish, ensuring all documents are accurate and compliant with internal standards.

ResponsibilitiesFormat, prepare, and maintain sales documentation, including client quotes, pricing summaries, order confirmations, and shipping documents.Support written communications in both English and Spanish as needed.Ensure all documents are accurate, consistent, and compliant with internal standards.Update existing documents as pricing, terms, or client needs change.Manage multiple requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines and prioritizing urgent sales needs.Coordinate closely with sales to clarify requirements, timelines, and expectations.Collaborate with German colleagues on pricing, orders, schedules, and shipping.Partner with finance, operations, and leadership to ensure quotes and documents reflect current pricing and policies.Facilitate internal review and approval processes related to sales documentation.Essential SkillsBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and communicate professionally in both languages.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); comfort working with CRM systems, including MS Dynamics.Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.Additional Skills & Qualifications1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting sales teams.Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.Work Environment

This role offers a 40-hour workweek from 8 am to 5 pm, with an hour for lunch. After a 3-6 month training period, the position transitions to a hybrid model, allowing for two days of remote work and three days in the office. The work environment is collaborative and deadline-driven, with a focus on internal-facing tasks and occasional exposure to client-facing materials. The team consists of three sales representatives and two part-time sales support staff. The role involves a high volume of requests during peak sales cycles, such as month-end and quarter-end.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hagerstown, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr.
