Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for a growing organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates while delivering an excellent candidate experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and/or professional roles

Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach

Conduct phone screens and interviews in both English and Spanish

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements

Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes

Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring best practices

Support recruiting events, job fairs, and community partnerships as needed

Required Qualifications

2+ years of recruiting, staffing, or HR experience

Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience working with applicant tracking systems

Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
