We are looking to hire a Recruiter in Chicago, IL!
Description
• Lead staffing initiatives such as Open house events for potential candidates.
• Post job openings through internal systems, job boards, community outreach, and social media platforms.
• Consult with line managers to develop an accurate plan of resourcing requirements and conduct staffing initiatives in an efficient and effective manner.
• Advise and consult with managers, supervisors and staff on employee relation matters (ie: coaching, counseling, corrective action).
• Provide insight and support to managers in the performance management processes.
• Interpret, counsel, communicate, and educate managers and staff on HR policies and procedures to ensure consistent practice throughout the organization.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and turnover trends.
• Assist with employment separations and conduct exit interviews.
• Assist in documentation preparation in regards to onboarding and other paperwork received from new hires/ employees.
• Maintain Organized records and documentation to ensure efficient workflow and compliance.
• Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain compliance with all hiring policies, food safety regulations, and labor laws.
Qualifications
Associates Degree3+years of full cycle recruiting exp.Manufacturing Exp. (highly preferred)Bilingual in English and SpanishATS exp.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
