Bilingual Receptionist

Our client, a well known insurance company, located in midtown Manhattan, is seeking a Temporary to Permanent Bilingual Receptionist (Japanese). In this newly created role, the hours are from 8:30am-5pm with flexibility as needed on a 5 day in office schedule. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to join an established company that is also growing as well!

Responsibilities:

Answer phones and greet guestsCoordinate and receive deliveriesSchedule conference rooms and assist with meeting set upOversee overall office and kitchen tidinessTake inventory of office supplies, order as needed, and restock the office with the suppliesTake inventory of kitchen snacks and beverages, order as needed, and restock the kitchen with the suppliesLiaison with the building and outside vendors for any facilities based needs or repairsContribute towards administration by processing expenses, coordinating travel, managing calendars, etc. as needed by Executive TeamAd hoc requests/projects as needed

Qualifications:

2-3+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative position out of a corporate settingOverall tech savvyPersonable individual who is eager to take initiativeProfessional presentation with strong communication skills.

Compensation/Benefits:

DOE, up to 70k, hourly in line + benefits when perm
