Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual QA Automation Engineer (French/English) to support a chatbot and Large Language Model (LLM) validation initiative for a major banking client. This role will focus on ensuring French-language chatbot experiences function as expected, including validating intent mapping, responses, and user routing within chatbot and universal search platforms. Execute QA automation testing for chatbot and digital assistant platforms. Validate French-language LLM performance, ensuring prompts, responses, and user routing are accurate. Test and verify intent mapping and conversation flows within chatbots and universal search tools. Identify defects, document findings, and work with technical teams to resolve issues. Ensure chatbot functionality meets defined quality, language, and user experience standards. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience in QA and QA automation testing. Fluent bilingual proficiency in French and English, with the ability to validate French-language content accurately. Hands-on experience with Perfecto for test automation.
