Job Description We are seeking a bilingual Project Manager to lead a major Google Workspace (GWS) to Microsoft 365 (M365) migration project. The ideal candidate will have experience managing enterprise-level migrations and/or IT digital transformation programs within the past 3–5 years. This role requires strong stakeholder management, global team coordination, and change management expertise. Key Responsibilities  • Lead end-to-end M365 migration project, including:   ○ Due diligence phase   ○ High-level and low-level design   ○ Configuration and tenant validation   ○ Pilot migrations and scaling to 1,000+ users per week   ○ Hypercare support post-migration  • Manage project timelines, approvals, and deliverables across multiple regions (North America, India, Eastern Europe).  • Coordinate with technical architects, change managers, and project coordinators to ensure smooth execution.  • Drive change management activities and user adoption strategies.  • Ensure business divisions (Finance, R&D, etc.) accept migration activities and meet handover criteria.  • Provide client-facing leadership and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Oversee staffing for technical resources during migration and hypercare phases. Skills and Requirements • Bilingual (French & English) – strong written and verbal communication.  • Project Management experience in IT/digital transformation (3–5 years).  • Proven ability to manage global teams and complex programs.  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.  • Familiarity with migration processes and phases (due diligence, design, configuration, pilot, scale, hypercare).  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred. • Hands-on experience with M365 migration projects (major bonus).  • Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem and change management best practices.  • Experience with Google Workspace to M365 conversions.
