Currently seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Pharmacy Benefit Specialist to join the team at a health care company in Las Vegas! Job Description: + Receives incoming calls from members, providers, facilities, employer groups, and other departments. Provides superior customer service that is consistent with policies, company values, and quality standards. + Educates callers on correct use of their plans, including coverage of benefits, utilization, and administrative guidelines, in collaboration with teammates and other departments. + Consistently demonstrates excellent customer service skills including problem solving, telephone etiquette, and responsiveness to customers. + Rotates between pharmacy claims and customer service responsibilities and acts as a subject matter expert in both of these areas. + Processes and/or communicates multiple types of pharmacy benefits including coordination of benefits, direct member reimbursements, coinsurance benefits, and mail order prescriptions. Skills & Qualifications + 2+ years of experience working in the healthcare field required. + Experience working on a pharmacy benefit team highly preferred. + Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service. + Proficient in MS Office. + Bilingual in Spanish and English. #westpriority25 Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
