Location: Onsite | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

About the Role

We’re seeking a Bilingual Order Processor Clerk (Spanish/English) to join our customer-focused team. In this role, you’ll handle order processing, data entry, and client communication for global accounts—primarily in South America. Key ResponsibilitiesProcess customer orders accurately using SAP or similar ERP systems.Assist customers in identifying correct parts and solutions.Communicate order status, shipping timelines, and documentation via email.Maintain accurate records and perform data entry for global accounts.Collaborate with Sales Managers and internal teams for bilingual communication.Participate in weekly product training with the engineering team.QualificationsBilingual proficiency: Spanish and English (verbal and written).3+ years of experience in order processing, data entry, or client services.Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.Strong organizational and documentation skills.High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blaine, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
