Bilingual - Operations Coordinator
Job Description

Key Responsibilities:The Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting the motor shop with paperwork, logistics, and other required projects associated with day to day company operations. This will require mastering BICO’s software systems and processes to help complete assembly, disassembly, and shipping of motors and inventory. The job will also involve communicating with vendors to complete reworks and repairs of parts, the issuance of related POs, and management of jobs costs. Provide support to shop personnel in completing assembly, disassembly, and shipping documentation within BICO’s systems • Manage the paperwork related to tool and inventory logistics, including the creation of Purchase Orders for necessary shop supplies or services • Conduct assessments of nonconforming paperwork and report findings • Track and maintain key performance indicators for the paperwork process • Collaborate with lead technicians and the district shop manager to address backlogged tasks • Identify and recommend opportunities for enhancing paperwork processes • Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and payment • Record and finalize job cycle costs accurately • Ensure the comprehensive and timely completion of all paperwork phases by the relevant parties



Work Experience

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent plus 1 year related work experience• Proficient in Microsoft Office365 Suite, with knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and BI Miner a plus• Strong verbal and written communication for transparent interactions• Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment prioritizing business interests• Fluent in English, with Spanish skills as a bonus• Independent assessment and practical decision-making ability• Collaborative teamwork fostering a positive atmosphere• Adaptability to shifting deadlines while maintaining professionalism• Handling challenges with composure, building respectful relationships across all levels• Flexibility to adjust routines to meet company needs
