Job Description
The Bilingual Onboarding Associate plays a crucial role in assisting applicants through the company's application and hiring process. The position involves helping new hires with their paperwork, guiding them through the fingerprinting process, and managing documentation and filing.
ResponsibilitiesAssist applicants with the application and hiring process.Support new hires in completing their paperwork and documentation.Guide applicants through the fingerprinting process.Manage, store, and organize paperwork and applications.Provide administrative support and customer service to applicants.Ensure a positive and supportive experience for applicants throughout the onboarding process.Essential SkillsOnboarding expertiseCustomer service proficiencyData entry skillsNew hire orientation experienceProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAdministrative support capabilitiesAdditional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma required.Must be bilingual, fluent in both spoken and written communication.1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to navigate computer systems and assist applicants with online paperwork.Work Environment
The position is based in an office environment, working alongside a team of about 10 other onboarding associates. The role involves assisting multiple applicants simultaneously, in a setting equipped with approximately 30 computers. The focus is on providing a supportive and positive experience for applicants as they complete their hiring process.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.78 - $18.78/hr.
