Our client is seeking a professional, bilingual Office Coordinator to serve as the face of the office and a key administrative support partner to internal teams. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, the Office Coordinator plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmthAnswer, screen, and route incoming phone calls in English and SpanishManage front desk operations, including mail distribution, deliveries, and office suppliesCoordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments as neededPerform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and correspondenceMaintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and common areasSupport project teams and leadership with general administrative needsAssist with special projects and cross‑departmental support as assignedQualifications
High school diploma or equivalentBilingual in Spanish and English (required)1+ years of experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or administrative support roleProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Experience supporting construction or engineering (ideal)Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Purcellville, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
