Bilingual Marketing Assistant
We’re looking for a Bilingual Marketing Assistant in the nonprofit and community-focused sector.
Our client is a mission-driven organization dedicated to supporting meaningful community impact through education, outreach, and accessible programming. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day marketing activities across the organization, providing bilingual communications support, coordinating content and campaigns, and ensuring all materials are aligned with brand standards.

Marketing Assistant responsibilities:
• Write, edit, and manage the organization’s bilingual newsletter
• Support the execution of donation campaigns, email outreach, and other fundraising initiatives
• Provide administrative support with a strong marketing focus to internal teams
• Ensure all program, recruitment, and workshop materials are formatted, branded, and consistent with organizational standards
• Compile content for the annual report and prepare it for final delivery
• Manage and monitor social media channels, ensuring timely posting and brand alignment
• Assist with website updates and general digital marketing activities
• Serve as the internal go-to resource for day-to-day marketing needs

The successful candidate has:
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or fundraising (nonprofit experience is an asset)
• Bilingual fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and website administration
• Proficiency with tools such as WordPress, Salesforce/Pardot (or comparable CRM and automation tools), Hootsuite, Canva or Adobe Suite, and SEO/SEM platforms
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Strong organization, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Compensation and benefits:
• The discussed salary range is $40,000 – $50,000, depending on experience
