Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare support industry, is seeking a Bilingual Mail Clerk to join their team. As a Bilingual Mail Clerk, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting the mailroom operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Bilingual Mail Clerk
**Location:** Brooklyn, NY
**Pay Range:**
**Shift:** Monday to Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM; Friday 9:00AM - 1:00PM
**What's the Job?**
+ Sort incoming mail and ensure timely processing
+ Scan documents and manage the printout email inbox for document requests from insurance companies
+ Prepare outgoing mail and shipping items, including weighing and calculating postage
+ Manage patient statements and forms mailing
+ Perform miscellaneous duties to support the efficient operation of the mailroom team
**What's Needed?**
+ Ability to operate sorting and postage meter machines
+ Good computer skills are a plus
+ Ability to work effectively under pressure
+ Strong communication and literacy skills
+ Well-organized with sharp attention to detail
