Temp-to-Hire position$21.00 /hourFull Time work availableVarious shifts available (Monday through Friday)1st shift 7:30am - 4PM and 2nd shift 4pm - 12AMSupervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory management.Lead and train warehouse associates, providing direction in both English and Spanish as needed.Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.Bilingual Lead Qualifications:
Resume and Interview required.Bilingual in English and Spanish.2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
