**Job Title: Bilingual Inventory Specialist** **Location:** Monroe, NC **Department:** Inventory **Job Type:** Full Time Tues-Friday 6a-230p, Saturday 5a-130p **Language Requirement:** English and Spanish fluency required **Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable **Bilingual Inventory Specialist** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, performing regular stock counts, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure proper inventory control. Fluency in **English and [Second Language]** is required to effectively communicate with diverse team members and support cross-functional operations. **Key Responsibilities:** + Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all departments + Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories + Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments and materials + Identify discrepancies in inventory records and investigate root causes + Utilize inventory management systems to update stock data + Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and production teams for inventory needs + Prepare reports on inventory status, shortages, and overstock issues + Translate documents and communicate inventory-related information between English and [Second Language] speaking staff + Support inventory audits and process improvements + Adhere to all safety and operational procedures **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred + 1–2 years of inventory, logistics, or warehouse experience + Bilingual – Fluent in **English and Spanish** (verbal and written) + Proficient with inventory software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment + Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 40–50 lbs] and stand/walk for extended periods **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with ERP or WMS systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Fishbowl) + Forklift certification (if applicable) + Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment **Work Environment:** + Warehouse and office setting + Frequent standing, walking, and lifting + May be exposed to varying temperatures or loud environments depending on the facility **Pay Details:** $16.00 to $17.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
