Responsibilities Drive sales through inbound/outbound calls, emails & chats Process orders accurately in S2K/ERP systems Advise customers on Powersports products & accessories Build relationships with proactive follow-ups Support sales team with client needs & order coordination Resolve issues quickly to ensure customer satisfaction Hit targets while maintaining excellent service Stay organized managing multiple priorities
  Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Bilingual proficiency in French and English (verbal and written) is a must 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience in a product-driven environment Demonstrated experience with ERP/CRM platforms (e.g., S2K, Salesforce, SAP) is an asset. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams) preferred Technical product knowledge of Powersports/automotive equipment and accessories is an asset. Experience with B2B e-commerce solutions is asset Analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data Superior consultative selling and negotiation skills Exceptional problem-solving and relationship-building abilities Strong organizational and time management skills Collaborative team orientation with customer-focused mindset
Employment Details Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Orillia, Ontario Additional Details: 40 hours per week, bi-weekly pay, fully on-site position, and more
