**Department Summary**
Our Sales team advocates for our products and the customers they serve. We’ve built a loyal customer base by selling consumers, retailers, affiliate partners, distributors and industry stakeholders on the DISH brands with authenticity. The sales department is critical to driving demand and creating strategic partnerships across the industry.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
**Our indirect sales channel's Inside sales team are expert storytellers and salespeople with the skills to convince local retailers, distributors and industry stakeholders of the benefits of our products. Our voice transcends normal industry jargon, attracting new customers with an authentic and unique message.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish speaking retailers, providing responsive and professional support
+ Manage inbound and outbound sales calls and emails to place hardware orders, answer product and installation related questions, and qualify prospects
+ Maintain accurate information in the CRM system, ensuring timely updates on opportunities, activities, and communications
+ Assist with administrative tasks including generating Puerto Rico commercial invoices, serial number research, billing histories, generating credits and managing documentation
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with outside sales teams, operations, marketing, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
+ Support the sales and admin team with other tasks as assigned
**Skills, Experience and Requirements**
**Education & Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; and four plus years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Prior experience in an inside sales, administrative support, or customer service role strongly preferred
**Skills and Qualifications:**
+ Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships through proactive outreach and responsive service
+ Strong sales acumen, including prospecting, lead qualification, and follow-up to drive revenue growth
+ Demonstrated organizational and administrative skills, including data entry, record keeping, scheduling, and document management
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Suite (docs, sheets, slides, gmail) and CRM systems (e.g., Siebel or similar). Oracle knowledge is a plus
+ Ability to analyze reports, track key performance indicators, and support sales operations with data-driven insights
+ High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
+ Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, self-starter attitude and problem-solving skills

**Salary Ranges**
Compensation: $20.72/Hour - $29.62/Hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
