Bilingual Human Resources Generalist
Job Title: Bilingual HR Generalist Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bi-lingual HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This role will support a wide range of HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and training. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and (Spanish / another language), and will play a key role in fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace for our diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities: + Serve as a primary HR contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs. + Support recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. + Administer employee benefits and assist with open enrollment and benefit-related inquiries. + Conduct new hire orientations and ensure completion of all required documentation. + Assist in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management. + Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. + Translate HR documents and communications as needed to ensure accessibility for all employees. + Support training and development initiatives, including scheduling and tracking participation. + Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS systems. + Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. + 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity. + Fluency in English and (Spanish / another language) required (written and verbal). + Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paylocity). + Strong organizational and time management skills. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $72000.00 - $80000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
