Bilingual Human Resources Generalist

Description

•\tPerform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the Human Resources department including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development; leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance management; employee handbook; and responding to general HR queries from employees, managers and company leadership.

•\tProvide guidance and ensure consistent implementation of HR programs, policies, procedures and guidelines.

•\tCoordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring decision.

•\tConduct or acquire background checks and employee eligibility verifications.

•\tManage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork completion, and introduction to company policies and procedures.

•\tHandle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.

•\tAttend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

•\tMaintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

•\tAssist with the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.

•\tMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, HRIS data, and timekeeping records.

•\tPerform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

•\tRegular and reliable attendance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

•\t5 or more years of experience in human resources and a high school diploma or equivalent or a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field with 2 years of relevant experience.

•\tSHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

•\tThorough knowledge of a wide range of HR/legal standards & regulations, programs, processes, and tools in all areas ranging from recruitment, benefits, training, and payroll.

•\tProficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

•\tExperience with HRIS; experience with ADP Workforce Now for onboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing and reporting preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.62 - $46.16/hr.
