Bilingual HR Assistant (Friday-Monday)
We are currently seeking a **Bilingual HR Office Assistant** to support administrative and HR-related tasks at our Aurora, IL facility. This individual will be the **main point of contact at the front desk** , supporting employees with day-to-day inquiries and ensuring accurate tracking of timecards, attendance, and payroll-related matters. The ideal candidate has a strong administrative background, is computer-savvy, and thrives in a people-facing role. _Location: Aurora, IL - Fully onsite_ _Schedule: Friday–Monday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM_ _Pay: $22/hr_ _Start: ASAP_ _Duration: 6-month contract (with possible extension)_ **Key Responsibilities:** + Greet and assist employees at the front desk with professionalism and confidentiality + Act as the **point of contact for employee questions** regarding payroll, timecards, and attendance + Address and resolve minor HR-related inquiries, including **managing overtime sign-ups** + Handle general **administrative duties** and maintain accurate records + Support attendance tracking and escalate issues as needed + Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee information and company policies **Qualifications:** + **Must be bilingual** in English and Spanish (written and verbal) + Prior **administrative or office assistant experience** is strongly preferred + Basic understanding of **payroll, attendance, and HR support functions** + Willingness to learn and take initiative + Strong interpersonal and communication skills + Demonstrates **confidentiality, reliability** , and professionalism **Tech Requirements:** + Must have **good computer skills** and general **computer literacy** + No specific software required—just the ability to learn and navigate new systems If you're organized, people-oriented, and ready to make an impact in a high-traffic environment, we encourage you to apply today! **Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
