We provide Integrated Guarding, Remote Guarding, Mobile Guarding, Onsite Guarding, Investigative Services and Technology Services. **This posting is for an active vacancy.** **Position Overview:** The Securitas Canadian Security Operation Centre (CSOC) is looking for qualified candidates looking to bring their experience to our Operations Centre and learn and expand their knowledge base. The position will include Alarm Monitoring of customer sites and Personal Panic Device/App. This role also receives and responds to calls from our Security personnel and documenting and escalating any issues. **Job Description:** + Communicate and consult with Branch Management, Supervisors, Security Guards across the country to provide after-hours support with various operational issues. + Inbound/Outbound calls to manage inquiries, provide resolutions via escalations to Branch. + Confirming the health & Safety of Security guards in the field via various alerts. + Prompt and accurate data entry for applications such as IMMIX, Outlook and WFM while managing Remote Guarding alarms and security guard scheduling transactions. + Acquiring a strong understanding of the Department’s National process to educate Guards, Managers and efficiently actions various requests. + Monitoring CCTV system in IMMIX for unwanted activity and filling out reports for any suspicious activity in a timely fashion. + Completing daily briefing, as well as, writing and being able to understand incident reports. **Job Requirements:** + With or without reasonable accommodation, the physical and mental requirements of this job may include the following: seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly. + Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. + Frequent sitting, and computer use, which may be required for extended periods of time, + Additional physical requirements may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds. + Individuals with call centre and/or Security experience is preferred along with customer service skills. + A decent aptitude with computers is an asset. + We are a 24/7/365 operation, and our shifts reflect that. + **We are looking for Bilingual (English/French) Speaker** **_Securitas Canada celebrates diversity, and we welcome and encourage applications from the four designated groups: namely women, Indigenous people, visible minorities, and persons with disabilities._** Accommodations are available for applicants with disabilities throughout the recruitment process.
