Bilingual French + English Practice Success Manager Job Description: As our Bilingual French and English- Practice Success Manager, you are responsible for developing and growing business with bookkeeping and accounting practices by positioning Sage for Accountants. Every day, you will work with our existing and new bookkeeping and accounting firm clients to position multiple Sage products from GoProposal to Futrli. You will be able to conduct discoveries with prospective practices to understand their business and clients, and to align one or multiple Sage solutions based on their needs. To thrive in this quota-based role, you will develop trusted relationships with practice owners to expand their footprint of Sage solutions for their practice or to serve their clients. ***Hybrid Office Environment*** This position requires you to work in the office 3 days a week in downtown Vancouver or Toronto. Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include: •Manage conversations with prospective bookkeepers and accountants to build a relationship and determine multiple Sage solutions as part of Sage for Accountants that will benefit their practice. • Establish value by presenting Sage for Accountants and highlighting how solutions such as Sage Business Cloud Accounting and Auto Entry can be viable options for bookkeepers and accountants who provide accounting services. • Initiate telephone and email contacts with bookkeepers and accountants from marketing-qualified leads (i.e., online registrations, events, newsletters, etc.). •Results-driven with demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed key performance indicators, pipeline creation, and revenue targets. •Identify potential cold prospects and drive new pipelines and opportunities. Qualifications: •Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, value-based solution sales, telemarketing, outbound sales, inbound sales, account management, or business development in a high-tech or SaaS industry. • A background in accounting/finance is preferred but not required. •Experience in MS Office Suite, Word and Excel, MS Outlook, Fusion Order Entry, and CRM tools like Salesforce. •Ability to travel up to 10%. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role. In those locations, the target salary range for new hires for this role is $60,000 to $65,000 with commissions the OTE (On Target Earnings) can be up to $108,333.33. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either a bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based commission plan.
