**Bilingual Foreman - $36/Hour - WEEKLY PAY!**
You will be responsible for traveling to active commercial construction sites to ensure adherence to safety standards, protocols, and OSHA regulations for rough carpentry and framing projects. You will train under the current safety director to become proficient in company safety protocols, documentation, and report creation, as well as conducting safety training for employees.
Responsibilities

2+ years of hands-on field experience in foreman, management, or supervisory roles within construction.Knowledge of construction, health and safety, OSHA compliance, and safety training.Commercial construction experience is highly recommended.Leadership experience and strong communication skills.Proficiency in project and construction management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Experience in carpentry and blueprint reading.Computer skills and ability to learn internal software for documentation and reporting.Willingness to travel extensively to different projects around the Midwest.Why Work Here?
