What you’ll do: Be the main contact for team members via phone and email — listen, clarify, and solve day-to-day workplace questions. Give straightforward, accurate answers about policies, benefits and procedures. Handle sensitive issues with discretion and empathy; know when to escalate to the right specialist. Log and follow up on requests so issues are closed properly. Spot repeating issues and suggest simple fixes to make work smoother.
Who we’re looking for: Fluent in French and English (spoken and written). Previous experience in a call centre, customer service or HR support — if you know how to handle people on the phone and by email, you’ll fit right in. Strong communicator: clear on the phone, tidy in email, good at listening and de-escalating. Responsible and discreet — you’ll manage confidential matters professionally. Comfortable working night shifts.
Nice to have (but not a must): Degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. Experience with employee relations or internal support teams.
