関連分野の学士号、日英バイリンガル能力 12年以上の組み込みソフトウェア開発経験5年以上の医療分野での組込みソフトウェア開発経験組込みC言語に関する豊富な知識を有し、優れた分析能力を有することMCU/SoC上でのOS/RTOS/QNX を使用した組込みソフトウェア設計・開発経験組込みGUI開発経験システムアーキテクチャの設計、実装、単体テスト、検証、妥当性確認が得意な方センサー制御やモーター制御の組込みソフトウェア開発経験SPI、I2C、CAN、イーサネット、USBなどの通信プロトコルの深い理解OSのコンセプト、マルチスレッドアプリケーション、IPCメカニズム、スケジューリング、メモリ管理に関する十分な理解ボードの立ち上げと診断に関するハードウェアの基本的な知識JTAG、SWDなどのハードウェアデバッグツールやインターフェイスの使用経験対人コミュニケーション（日本語、英語）スキルが高く、チームでの協働経験があることクライアント対応とオフショア開発チームとの調整開発チームへの技術指導、エンジニアの指導、卓越した技術の模範となること

 

Bachelor's degree in relevant field with bilingual capability (Japanese and English) 12+ Years of Embedded software development experience5+ Years of Embedded software development experience in medical domain.Strong knowledge of Embedded C and have good analytical skills. Experience in embedded software design and development using OS/RTOS/QNX on MCU/SoC’s.Experience in embedded GUI development.Good at designing system architecture, implementation, unit testing, verification and validation.Experience in developing embedded software for sensor control and motor control.In-depth understanding of different communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, USB etc.Good understanding of OS concepts, multithread applications, IPC mechanisms, scheduling and memory managementBasic knowledge of Hardware with respect to board bring-up and diagnostics.Experience with hardware debugging tools and interface like JTAG, SWD.Good interpersonal communication (both Japanese and English) skills and experience in collaborating with the team.Client handling and coordination with offshore development teamProviding technical guidance to the development team, mentoring and guiding engineers, and being a role model for technical excellence.

医療製品開発に関する規制基準およびガイドラインに精通していること（IEC62304 / IEC62366 / IEC60601-1-6 / ISO14971）現場とオフショア間のブリッジエンジニアとしての実務経験

 

Familiarity with regulatory standards and guidelines for medical product development (IEC 62304, IEC62366, IEC 60601-1-6, ISO 14971)Prior experience as bridge engineer between onsite and offshore.
